Wet cleaning

The bedding is washed and air or tumble dried. Thanks to the latest ecological standards, we can now also wash delicate bedding professionally without using chemical solvents.
Bedding should be washed at least once a year. We would be happy to take care of washing it for you. The billerbeck washing service guarantees optimum sleeping hygiene. Our wash standard meets the highest demands. It’s environmentally friendly, thorough and doesn’t use any chemical solvents, so your duvets and pillows will be like new again — and your nights will be more restful than ever. In general, the new wet cleaning technology is also suitable for those textiles that until now could only be cleaned chemically or not at all.

The following conditions apply to the washing process:
The duvet must not be too dirty, the filling must not be worn-out. Using our professional expertise, we decide whether and how the washing and drying is carried out. It is unavoidable and customers must accept that the cover fabric will shrink slightly.
We do not accept any responsibility for damage caused by indistinguishable condition or hidden defects. Any damage caused by us will be compensated in line with the current value of the duvet. Replacements or cash refunds are not available.
Complete cleaning
Complete cleaning service for down duvets to make your duvet like new again.
The entire contents are cleaned, steamed, dusted and disinfected and filled with approx. 10 % new material.
After this process, the clean filling is put into a new duvet cover. For hygienic reasons and because the filling power decreases noticeably, down duvets should be cleaned professionally after 3 to 5 years (complete service).
